The National Air and Space Laboratory (NLR) is known for its traditional manner of working. Hollandse Nieuwe has been asked to develop a pilot where activity related work can be applied. Thus a work environment can be achieved whereby flexibility, mobility and knowledge sharing are central. In addition to Hollandse Nieuwe developing an innovative office concept for NLR, we have also used the full architectural qualities of architect Maaskant’s building (daylight, view on two sides, arched ceiling).
