Hollandse Nieuwe, NOORD en ZiLtd. have moved!

 

Earlier this year Hollandse Nieuwe, NOORD projectmanagers and ZiLtd. moved to a new address in Amsterdam north, the Papaverweg 48. An area that is in the middle of being developed. The old GTI building has been transformed into a fresh, surprising and inspiring environment.The building itself is a well defined, two storey, rectangular box 700 m2. Inside there is a clear separation between the two floors.NOORD projectmangers is situated on the ground floor and Hollandse Nieuwe and ZiLtd. work on the first floor. The three companies have their own, separate identities and that is mirrored in the interior.The starting point was to realise a 'Professional Playground'. The area should stimulate and inspire. The focus on both floors was sustainability and re-using materials. The area on the ground floor is characterized through a more business-like touch. The key words here are tranquility, overview and transparency. The floor is sustainable Botanic from Bolon. There is an acoustic, high quality transparent separation system applied by Maars. The area has a separation cabinet system 'Stackr' that was developed by Hollandse Nieuwe and has been incorporated into Cowerks' collection. Together with Cowerk we are working on continued development of this product.
