In 2010 Welloord Overhuizen will open its doors. One of the largest carehotels in the Netherlands. A hotel with optimum care and relaxation for recovering, (chronically) ill and handicapped with or without their partner. Within the monumental carré farm there will be a wellness centre, a beauty salon, a space for physical therapy, a restaurant and a brasserie. A new addition will provide the hotel rooms.Hollandse Nieuwe is responsible for the interior. NOORD project managers for the project management and ZiLtd. is responsible for the corporate identity.
