The old monumental rooms have been restored, the stained glass has been repaired, the original ceiling paintings have been refreshed and the stairs have been completely renovated. Where possible, walls have been removed to make spaces larger and more usable. The old architraves and panel doors, together with the new steel frames, have been executed in anthracite to form a beautiful contrast with the tightly plastered white walls and the new oak herringbone floor.
The basement under 2 of the 4 buildings has been excavated and a new basement has been installed. An extra staircase has been created to increase the accessibility to the basement and to turn this space into a pleasant and usable lounge area. The garden house has been converted into a high-quality self-contained unit that can be rented out separately. Work and meeting places have been created in the unit, which are equipped with a large glass front in yellow brickwork, referring to the buildings in the area.

In the entire building, both the outer walls are insulated to achieve the RC value (thermal resistance). The monumental ceilings, ornaments, stairs and other monumental parts have been expertly restored. The climate system has been largely renewed, LED lighting is installed throughout the building and the interior walls and ceilings are also insulated.
