The building of INHOLLAND Rotterdam* has been taken as a city park with all its characteristics, possibilities and facilities. The dynamics of the city with its infrastructure, squares, commercial areas, offices, knowledge centers and parks have been translated to the interior. INHOLLAND is a cooperation between Ivon Ceelen and Hollandse Nieuwe.
